New Bus for Port Hedland

Through the Rio Tinto Minerals Community Grant Scheme, the bus will be purchased to provide safe transport for students taking part in a diverse range of educational and vocational programs.

This is the third year the Community Grant Scheme has been awarded. The scheme provides an annual grant of $50,000 to fund key projects which provide a long-term benefit for the local community.
There were a total of six submissions for this year’s Rio Tinto Mineral’s Community Grant Scheme and the entries were all very high quality community projects
